Janice Liang is a self-coached natural bikini athlete and mother whose fitness journey began with nothing more than curiosity and a desire to feel stronger. She didn't grow up in sports or spend years training before competing. She learnt everything from scratch, one session at a time, and stepped on stage soon after discovering her love for lifting.
That experience shaped her coaching philosophy: anyone can start, and everyone deserves guidance that meets them exactly where they are. Through years of studying, experimenting, and showing up consistently, Janice built a deep understanding of training, nutrition, and mindset, and now uses that knowledge to help others transform their lives.
Her coaching is personal, practical, and rooted in empathy. As a mother and athlete, she understands the realities of balancing life, work, and self-care. As a self-coached competitor, she knows the discipline and self-belief it takes to grow through every season.
Today, Janice helps women and athletes build lasting strength through intentional movement, sustainable habits, and education that empowers them long after coaching ends.
